A tool that files annual accounts, tax returns, and shareholder register reports for small, passive holding companies, straight to the Norwegian tax authorities and Altinn. You provide the numbers; it builds and submits the forms, no accounting software or accountant required.

A companion tool to Wenche that keeps the books for a passive holding company, in git and driven by Claude Code. It turns a bank export into a readable set of accounts, a general meeting protocol, and a ready-made config.yaml that Wenche then submits to the authorities.
